Geri is a music project from the Australian actress Geraldine Hakewill.
Teaming up with producer/engineer Anna Laverty (<a href="spotify:artist:1moxjboGR7GNWYIMWsRjgG" data-name="Florence + The Machine">Florence + The Machine</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:4UXJsSlnKd7ltsrHebV79Q" data-name="Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds">Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds</a>, Missy Higgins), Geri recorded her debut EP ‘You’ve Never Seen This Smile’ in late 2017.
Exploring pop, folk and jazz, she worked with artists that traverse genres including Australia’s foremost improviser of new music, Jim Denley, and singer/song- writer Nick Van Breda from emo-banjo duo <a href="spotify:artist:7ESbIdsx8rIB9EHcyNAXAN" data-name="Pinch Hitter">Pinch Hitter</a>.
