Hailing straight from Quebec City, Canada, GET THE SHOT is a hardcore band formed in 2009. With their strong work ethic, they quickly established themselves as one of the flag bearers of the Quebec hardcore and metal scene.
Their powerful music incorporates elements of thrash, death metal, and hardcore, creating an intense and brutal sound that captivates fans of the genre. Inspired by iconic bands such as Hatebreed, Obituary, and Slayer, GET THE SHOT has developed a unique style while remaining true to the roots of hardcore punk.
With an impressive discography including albums such as "Perdition" (2012), "No Peace In Hell" (2014), "Infinite Punishment" (2017), and their latest effort "Merciless Destruction" (2022), nominated for a JUNO award, GET THE SHOT has built a solid reputation with impactful tracks and explosive live performances.
After more than 700 concerts on three continents, including some on the biggest international stages such as Wacken, Hellfest, FEQ and Resurrection Fest, the six members remain committed to the core values of authenticity, integrity, and equality at the heart of the hardcore movement, while addressing with disillusioned realism the flaws of an era defined by blind individualism.
