Ghali is a singer from Morocco. He started his journey into music by learning the piano. He won a first prize in 1994 at the International Contest for Young Pianists in Morocco.
During his time at the University, he discovers and gets curious about the art of singing and participates to talent shows where he enjoys his firsts rushes of adrenaline.
After graduating, he joined local choirs and participated to national and international choir concerts as a tenor.
Although classically trained, Ghali enjoys singing modern genres such as Classical Crossover, Pop, Jazz, Gospel or Broadway. He is inspired by a large array of artists such as Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli, David Phelps, Luis Miguel, Peter Cetera.
In 2006, he sang as backup vocalist for Jean Michel Jarre for a special concert in Merzouga: “Water for Life”.
In 2013, he sang as backup vocalist for the living legend Georges Benson for two concerts during the “Festival Mawazine”. A wonderful experience in which he also shared the stage with the unique Randy Waldman.
Ghali kept singing and decided to enroll at Berklee College of Music online, where he got two certificates in Voice Technique and Musicianship.
He then started to teach vocal technique on the side.
Starting 2019 he started his journey in music production and self-taught himself the basics of digital music production.
In October 2020, he starts his adventure in Spotify and self-produces two covers: “You raise me up” and “Pure Imagination”.
