Ghost Skies is a experimental black metal one man project based out of Minnesota. Pulling inspiration from numerous genres including but not limited to black metal, doom metal, synthwave, punk, and noise. Themes include depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, alcoholism, BPD, and PTSD.
Ghost Skies sophomore album The Void was released July 21st 2024. A crushing mix of Black metal, synthwave, and noise. The album aimed to create musical representations of the mind decaying from mental illness.
