Ghost Track is a hard rock band from Milan, Italy. Its sound reflects a wide range of influences from several different rock styles, such as stoner metal, '70s progressive rock, hard rock and blues, sometimes combined together. The band's style includes riffs coming from classic rock, alternative metal, blues, psychedelia and is often characterised by long melodic interludes.
Ghost Track was formed in 2016 by Loris Grifa (vocals and guitar) and Marcello Pisconti (bass). A few months later, Nico Giangregorio (guitar) joined the band.
It started as a spare time cover band playing in a garage, but soon its own riffs and tunes began to take shape. Lately, the band's formation was completed by Angelo D'Addio (drums), who left the ultimate mark on its sound.
"Ghost Track", their self-titled debut album, was released in 2020, making evident their various influences: Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Wolfmother, Megadeth, Alice in Chains, Queens of the Stone Age, Kyuss and Tool.
