Giane Sales is a singer and aspiring songwriter under FLIPMUSIC RECORDS. Her love affair with music began at a very young age, being taught how to play the guitar by her father at the age of 9.
Having spent her formative years in Japan, where she formed a band on top of being heavily influenced by JPop, Giane’s journey with FLIPMUSIC started when producer Bojam needed a vocalist that was fluent in Japanese for a produced track that he wanted to translate into a JPop song. The collaboration spawned “Hatobito”, Giane’s first single under FLIPMUSIC. Since then, Giane has released another single, this time in Tagalog, called “Ikaw Lang at Ako”, written by Myk Conchada (the writer behind the original lyrics of Hatobito).
Giane currently resides in the island of Siargao where she helps her family manage a resort that they own, but goes to Manila from time to time to work on her music.
