Cited for her honeyed vocals and soul-rooted melodies, New York native Gianna Alessi was raised in a family of classical musicians. However, her signature fusion of alt R&B is unmistakably her own. She discovered her love for songwriting attending Boston Conservatory at Berkee School of Music. She has held residencies at venues like Groove in Manhattan’s West Village and performed as a featured vocalist with the Symphonic Winds Symphony. Now based in Los Angeles, Gianna is ushering in a new chapter with Soft n’ Lush, a soul-based project set for release this fall.
