Gidi Farhi

Gidi Farhi is a Bass Player, lives today in Berlin. On his early years was interested in Jazz, Blues, Oriental and classical Indian music. Today he is most involved in live-composing and in what he refers to as the 'inner dance' within the music.

Between 2009-2012 he was part of the Berlin-based Bluegrass band <a href="spotify:artist:0HH4ABVBLQmlXZ8iFOhD3x" data-name="Wabash">Wabash</a> with whom he released 2 Albums.

Starting 2016 the call of Songwriting had become prominent for him. Since then he released few singles, his own <a href="spotify:track:5xeB4u5MWNuflLQnnpHPXj" data-name="Cookie Jar">Cookie Jar</a> and <a href="spotify:track:3UiYOejIYKImzRuqYQIIzt" data-name="Spree Blues">Spree Blues</a>, as well as few singles with his life-long friend Oren Hershkovitz. On 2022 he released his EP with Nishad Pandey.

Gidi is a member of the live composing trio <a href="spotify:artist:6Ttodgs8IK5sFXbxvNyqAO" data-name="Genes">Genes</a>, with whom they released two Albums.
