At 13 Gil Everest began to DJ; by 16 he landed his first club residency and began a 15-year career on influential Swiss station Rouge FM. In 2006, watching Erick Morillo play at Pacha Ibiza, his attitude to music completely changed, setting him on a path to production.
Spending 40+ hours a week learning how to produce, he began releasing tracks like ‘Liberty’, ‘Valentine’s’, ‘Midnight’, ‘Cassiopee’, ‘Help Me Out’ and ‘Higher’. At the same time honing his DJ skills further, taking inspiration from Angello, Ingrosso, Axwell,
Luciano and Daft Punk, Gil ultimately earned himself a spot of Switzerland’s iconic Street Parade Festival.
