Giraffe

As most know, giraffes are usually found in the dry savannah of Africa, but not this one. This one hails from the UK and has been roaming between NY and LA for some years. Currently, she is grazing the open fields of Nashville, Tennessee.


Giraffe is Gayle Davidson, along with Drew Sherrod and Guitarist Dr Capital.


With deep roots in Europe, Japan, and the Americas, this unconventional indie pop-rock band could be considered pan-global.


The first Giraffe Ep, Trajectory, was spawned from the hard contrast between a messy divorce and a loving one.


The upcoming EP, Fauna, is a cerebral and observant march through the dark times of 2020 in Los Angeles and Nashville. A selfish record, this EP was mined for the people and not the industry. It is a love letter to the misunderstood


The name Fauna is a reminder that we are all the same animal. Some of us strut around and crow, and some of us blend in with the tree we are near. We all belong in the wild together.
