Girls Like Mystery are a 5 piece rock band based in Singapore.
The band started its journey in Shanghai, where the original members, Kevin Wright, Michael Arone, Adam Poole all worked together. They were quickly joined by Michael Herd. In 2012 Michael Corayer joined the band on trumpet, while a year later, Adam Poole left the band and was replaced by Dave Hampson. Also, Zack joined on bass, so Kevin Wright moved to just vocals. Members such as Luke Jones and Gary Wright (Lines From A Poem Singer) also performed for GLM on occasions. In 2018, GLM played their final show at YYT, Shanghai.
In 2018, Kevin Wright made the move to Singapore. He restarted the band in 2019 under a new line-up. Kevin Wright (vocals), Blake Stetson (Guitar), Scott Smith (bass), Jack Magner (keys), and Erik Richardson (drums)
Girls Like Mystery will release their second album, Sitting in a Room Surrounded By Strangers, on 4th June 2021.
