I have been writing songs for over 40 years. I try to share my faith, through my songs, in what is an increasingly challenging and complex world. They have been used in school assemblies and in various situations to encourage young people in their faith.
My music has been used in the Royal Albert Hall, and Westminster Central Hall, London to illustrate stories through dance drama.
I’ve performed one of my songs “My It’s Dark Down Here” for BBC TV’s Panorama programme “Must Have Own Teeth” about age discrimination at the time when the UK Age Discrimination Act was being drafted. I’ve been interviewed on BBC Panorama, Premier Christian Radio and on BBC Radio Surrey and Sussex who have kindly played my songs.
I have helped on Premier Christian Radio with a Saturday night programme, and on Sunday mornings to help the presenter, Rev Doc Rob Frost, with the headline stories in the Sunday papers, live on air.
It’s been a real privilege to be part of Rev Dr Rob Frost's Inner-City Missions in Tottenham, London and in Falmouth, Cornwall using my music in those initiatives.
My professional career in telecommunications has taken me to over forty countries where I helped design and implement telecommunication national networks. I also had a senior role, for over 5 years, in the negotiation of international agreements, and in establishing and maintaining business relationships with telecoms carriers and government agencies worldwide.
