Glenn Ayala has morphed his life from harsh and unfair, to meditative and in acceptance of himself. After stepping down as an audio engineer and working on music he didn't connect with, he is now focusing on discovering sounds and emotions that gives him comfort, the ability to let go and accept with whatever the days gives him.
