A New York native, residing in Los Angeles, glitbiter, aka Florence Bullock, is a classically trained singer, songwriter, and producer, creating music from across the dreamwave and dark synthpop spectrums.
In 2017, the Short Stories EP, and single “See You in the Trees” gained her recognition within the synthwave community, leading to a number of collaborations with artists such as Betamaxx, and Gregorio Franco. As of 2019, she is also a vocalist for the band Dead Astronauts, who are strong forces in the synthwave and darkwave scenes alike. Her dark melodies, and soaring vocals bring an enigmatic glow to the music that she touches.
On stage, glitbiter’s haunting, dreamlike quality is even more undeniable, as she has bewitched audiences across the country. She has shared the bill with artists such as Drab Majesty, Mr. Kitty, Timecop1983, and FM Attack.
Glitbiter's long anticipated EP, Glass & Steel, was released April 2021.
