Gary Lee Hicks Jr , known professionally as Gmoney Da Boss, is an American rapper born and raised in Kansas City, MO. Gmoney started writing at an early age but it wasn’t till 2009 when he discovered his true talents and profound passion for writing and recording. Gmoney Da Boss is known for his multiple songs played in various cities around the United States from his 2017 album Crime Pays 2 as well as several collaborations throughout 2015 and 2018. His subsequent album Pennies to a Mansion reached popularity with his single “Relay” It has been said that Gmoney DaBoss has a unique and soulful rapping persona that often paints a vivid picture for his fans. He is associated with celebrity artist such as; Young Dro, Trae the truth, Lil Scrappy, Rich the factor, Willie Taylor, Bando Jonez (formally known as Lil Corey) and many more.
