A band forged in basement clubs and sweaty rehearsal rooms on New York’s Lower East Side in the Summer of 2025, led by a gunslinger guitarist from Liverpool with a volcanic all-female rhythm section. The music is classic British Rock from the sixties beat boom to its early .seventies pomp . Think of The Who, The Small Faces, The Yardbirds, Humble Pie and Led Zeppelin with the Punk energy of The Jam and The Clash. Today this music is performed by the likes of The Hives and The Struts and the Jim Jones Allstars.
Themes include finding the perfect lover, good love gone band and love cheats, together with social comment on issues such as corporate greed and corrupt Covid contracts through to personal issues around passion and confidence.
Tommy Nova
A frontman wearing a striped suit once worn by Brian Jones, playing a Gibson Les Paul sunburst finish guitar. He has a voice that has been compared to Steve Marriott and plays like an amalgam of the great English Rock guitarists. Great harmonica playing is another asset.
Tomi Nova
A Japanese drummer who is in love with all things swinging sixties London. Her look is vintage and hand made in England. Sonically, she brings her self-taught Punk attitude to the music.
Joany Nova
A classically trained bass player from Singapore who gets on stage with a Fender Jazzmaster and embodies one of England’s finest and most innovative players in John Paul Jones. Like him, she also plays keyboards.
