Formed in 2020 & drawing influence from some of their favourite Doom bands such as Conan, Ufomammut, YOB, & Electric wizard, God Thorn began writing for their 1st album, a self titled effort which was released in August of 2021, featuring 7 original songs and Covers of 2 Conan songs, Volt Thrower & Foehammer. God Thorn has begun the writing process for their follow-up album, hopefully to be released in late summer 2023.
