Gordon Lee Weaver

Born and raised in a tiny town in the arid isolation of central Oregon a very long time ago. Loved listening to the radio as well as singles and albums as a kid. In high school I watched and listened to another student playing an electric guitar for the first time and I was immediately drawn to the instrument. Soon I was playing and the quest to create new music was born. Fast forward several bazillion years and I am approaching the goal that started so very long ago. All of my music is recorded at home with tender loving care. I have released a new song every month for the last 21 months in a row. I plan to continue to put out one new song each month. My music is inspired by classic rock, vintage pop and a little progressive rock. My lyrics tend to be uplifting. I like to surprise my listeners by incorporating changes of instrumentation, sonic texture, stereo width, tempo, groove and mood within each song. I often use big stacks of harmony vocals similar to groups like Queen, The Beach Boys, Electric Light Orchestra and Sweet. Check back often so you don't miss out on the fun!
