Gran Sur is a mexican group formed in Mexico City in late 2016 with a line up comprised of members from
Fobia (Cha!, Iñaki), Moderatto (Elohim Corona) and singer/song-writer Sofi Mayen. Their moody, nostalgic songs are influenced by traditional music such as mariachi, cumbia, boleros and norteños mixed with synthesizers, programming and electric guitars. Their visual universe is a very important part of the band and lovingly represented through their wardrobe, videos and album artworks.

Gran Sur es un grupo que se forma en la CDMX a finales de 2016 con miembros de Fobia (Iñaki y Cha!), Moderatto (Elohim Corona) y la cantante y compositora zacatecana Sofi Mayen. Su música y canciones llenas de nostalgia son inspiradas en la música tradicional mexicana como el mariachi, boleros y norteñas, aderezadas con sintetizadores, programaciones y guitarras eléctricas.
