Ahmed Sila, aka Granite Stone, studied geology and decided to stop everything to focus on playing and making music for a living in 2017.
Originally from Syria, he now lives between Switzerland and Sweden when he's not on tour playing the guitar with various artists.
The "Granite Stone" project came naturally as a musical tribute to his first love: The rocks and stones. The essence of this project is to reproduce with sounds the texture of some rocks and sediments.
