Greenbelt was born out of an effort to keep avid live musicians Zack Foley and Matt Foster engaged in music during the pandemic when playing music in front of audiences was not possible. It was supposed to be just for fun..…until they got hooked. It wasn’t long before they discovered a love for studio work and a chemistry born from their diverse musical backgrounds and their lifelong friendship.
Greenbelt hails from Austin, Texas and brings to life the desire to return to the sound of a band. Drawing on influences including U2, Jeff Buckley, and Radiohead Greenbelt’s songs cover a vast array of vibes and styles from one track to the next.
