The legacy of Grégoire Vuilleumier includes 18 albums – with the collectives PVP, Chlyklass, Noti Wümié, Rogue State Alliance and Greis. Hailing from Lausanne, he released the first international rap album out of Switzerland with German artist Curse, following up with the album «Rogue State of Mind» alongside South African artists Godessa, Crosby Bolani and Jitsvinger. His double album «2» was recorded both in French and Bernese. His albums are defining milestones for the burgeoning Swiss rap scene. Each release climbed higher up the charts, with 2015's «Hünd i parkierte Outos» reaching number four, and «Wieso immer mir?» reaching number one a few months later. Winner of two MTV European Music Awards, Greis has toured Europe with French rapper Soprano, as well as China, Japan, Tanzania, South Africa, Mozambique and Peru. Simultaneously, he gathered a loyal following with the folk-comedy duo Noti Wümié alongside guitarist Benjamin Noti. For the second time in a row, his 2019 album «Deitinge Nord» with Chlyklass reached number one in the Swiss album charts. He runs the onlineshop French Part of Sweden for vintage eyewear and the curated secondhand store The New New 3 in Bern. Greis has been touring steadily with Noti Wümié and Chlyklass for the last couple of years. 2024 marks the release of critically acclaimed album «Sorry Zäme» with Noti and singles «Tag Wird Cho», «Ballöön» and «Imposteur» in collaboration with Hyperpop artist Dashcam*Devi.
