Grieflines is the new project of Leeds based electronic musician Guy Bannister. Mixing together analog electronics, piano, and tape loops with earthy organic textures, Grieflines creates intricate works drawing on ambient electronic, modern classical and shoegaze influences.
Guy is a founding member of Leeds' based post punk outfit <a href="spotify:artist:037F47ssSrdRbjfhyVbxgY" data-name="I LIKE TRAINS">I LIKE TRAINS</a> with whom he has been releasing records since the mid-naughties. Grieflines was born out of a desire to create more intricate and ambient pieces, after releasing the soundtrack album <a href="spotify:album:5ssjOPJYFQiTgzgMoHzEnT" data-name="A Divorce Before Marriage">A Divorce Before Marriage</a> in 2016.
