Griffin Drew

Ohio artist Griffin Drew has made waves since appearing in the music scene in 2018. What started with a few soundcloud singles and an 11 song project dubbed “ihopeyourehappy” (2016), has quickly blossomed into a promising career. The first real follow up to his 2016 works was the “Internet Pop” EP; the name of which went on to become his musical collective. With features from Logan Sherrick and Lexi the Lexiconist, “Internet Pop” showed Drew’s potential and ultimately pushed him towards his first real notable release in 2019 - “Lukewarm”. Working with frequent collaborator Pangeaux, Griffin crafted a project infused with hip-hop, R&B, and electronic sounds. Production included Rocco, James Heaton, and Eli Stamstad; as well as additional production from Pangeaux who served as engineer and executive producer of the project. The album featured Deej, Pangeaux, Leo Pastel, and pÉRez. Drew aims to build upon this electronic pop foundation with his 2020 release “Cold Waters”. The future is bright for this young star and fans should continue to keep a close eye on his evolution.
