The Beatport number 1 selling, Keaton started his music career many years ago but adapted the Alias “Grimehouse” in 2012, since then he has received great recognition in a small space of time for his productions and gradually has been breaking the genre chain and developed his own unique style of bass music which has gained him a following of loyal bass lovers around the world.
His Debut Album “Magnum Opus” launched on 1st March 2016 with an overwhelming response, sold out over a month BEFORE the release date.
Grimehouse has performed every major festival in the country, topped music charts and independently funded, produced and distributed his own Debut album.
Known for throwing away the need to be signed to specific labels and giving away most of his productions for free on his soundcloud page, having his tracks featured live in the Beatport studios and hitting the Beatport and iTunes Top 100 charts in over 20 productions, the best is still yet to come!
This year, Grimehouse will take his full live show, “The Pit” on nationwide tours which will be a game changer in South African music with full live stage production, live performers, the biggest lighting rig in Africa and the loudest electronic bass music around, it will be the BIGGEST Solo Electronic Tour in Africa. (and hopefully beyond)
