Emerging from a tremendously successful year after releasing 2 EPs namely; Funk Your Feelings and Play Time! and singles such as Feel Alright, set GrisVer on the path to being chosen to perform as the opening act at the inaugural Malawi Hip-Hop awards, with his live band. In 2020, GrisVer achieved his goal of cementing his footprint in the music industry within his country (Malawi).

In 2021, GrisVer secured multiple chart-topping singles and collaborations with top artists such as <a href="spotify:artist:1QJvaZ8PSlZZPvoxsQYsCM" data-name="Eli Njuchi">Eli Njuchi</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2qmyoWmrecANlMId8S0HJl" data-name="Vinnie Raps">Vinnie Raps</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:7Jsne1v6sSCKLMqd0qqKyy" data-name="The Wave MW">The Wave MW</a>. GrisVer released his debut album titled &#39;Knight of Long Knives&#39; in October 2021. The project features many international acts such as <a href="spotify:artist:5HrKQJidNGraWsgfqL5on0" data-name="Alessa Knur">Alessa Knur</a> - a professionally trained German vocalist, a Norwegian Folk vocalist named Filip Sterk Ulv Bøtler, and a UK based rapper, Ishen Amara, among many other former talented collaborators such as <a href="spotify:artist:3dXR1Fd50w00h8aUbbvTLT" data-name="Luzio">Luzio</a>. The debut album received a mass of appreciation, generating over 100,000 streams and 70,000 downloads, to date.

Following a tremendously successful period, GrisVer took time off to work on his highly anticipated sophomore album titled ‘The Sands Dance Forever’. The project features many prominent Malawian artists such as <a href="spotify:artist:5KtGFjaKpsoO6KrvSqo5x8" data-name="Bee Jay">Bee Jay</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:4G31GuPKsWNrslox9Dx79x" data-name="Quest MW">Quest MW</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:4exAAKTcYK7fhsFEutpeMZ" data-name="Leslie Moyo">Leslie Moyo</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:4OwMGUCLANeA0t4VWGElxV" data-name="Nthondwa">Nthondwa</a> and some international artist such as <a href="spotify:artist:0ufpjQJkxrZuEsyiRyfreU" data-name="Zani Sizani">Zani Sizani</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6uSMJ1dcBxLncLSe3qH68L" data-name="P Wynter">P Wynter</a> and many more.

The future is undeniably bright as GrisVer continues his quest to win a Grammy award - stimulating the music industry in his home country, Malawi.
