Organized under Guest House Records, Guest is a visionary duo from Wilmington, North Carolina who manifests the unconstrained sounds of Grunge, Neo soul, Hip-hop, and indie rock into a new genre: Drift. Striding through the sonic stereotypes of the culture, drift is explorational and refractive, yet effortless.
Their first release “Strumming Through Trauma” garnered local attention through its heavy emotional appeal and honest chorus. “Fine” followed with a hungry showcase of the intersection between hip hop, reggae, and rock.
