H20 Hadd is a 21-year old rapper hailing from North Philadelphia. Born Shahad McCoy, H20 Hadd started recording music in 2017 whilst still in high school and by the end of 2019 he was behind one of the greatest hits to come out of Philadelphia at the time, “Back Then”, which hit over 8 Million streams across all streaming platforms.
His melodic flow and dexterous bars laid down on both alert beats and slow melodies got the attention of certain music heads in the industry, receiving cosigns from international artist Lil Uzi Vert and landing a record deal with Alamo Records under Sony Music.
Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, H20 Hadd is now rebranding himself as an independent artist and has also started new ventures in the gaming and culinary industries, developing platforms for people with mutual interest to join and grow.
Musically, H20 Hadd is currently working on taking his career to the next level and has many projects in the pipe. His latest project called “Almost Lost Myself” dropped earlier this year and explores a series of significant moments and events in his life, giving substantial insight into who both Shahad McCoy and H20 Hadd are.
He takes inspiration from artists like Roddy Rich, Charles Wilson and Meek Mill and in return he inspires people from Philly, Toronto (CA) and London (UK), where his main listeners are from.
