HARDM' is an alias of DJ and producer Harm Spijker.
His music can best be described as a blend of raw and melodic techno-house.
By pushing boundaries in the musical realm and playing with contrasts of hard and soft, sweet and raw, he creates Energy.
His musical tastes were shaped in the '90s, and 2000s, influenced by artists such as Westbam, Joey Beltram, and Carl Cox.
Having grown up with the rise of house music in the '90s, particularly the raw, harder sound from Rotterdam, he has now found his own musical niche in electronic music after many international travels and influences.
After a sabatical of 20 years, he started producing and live performing again in 2023
Since having a new studio built in 2024, where he could fully customize the space to his needs, the first results are now being released.
The title of his first track in years, "New Era," is no coincidence, as it marks a solo project from HARDM'. There are also upcoming collaborative releases expected in the near future. Dämmerung is the first result of these collaborations.
As a producer and DJ, HARDM' is still driven by the ambition to convey the energy of music. Whether you're at a festival, in the gym, or on the go, HARDM' hopes to give you the energy to push your own limits—just as he enjoys doing himself.
