"Hagar" is an Egyptian-Israeli singer, songwriter, and composer, born in Jerusalem in 1987 to a family of Egyptian origin from the Nile Delta. She comes from a home of artists and creators, inspired by a legacy of courage and artistic defiance.
Her debut EP album features a bold fusion of innovative Egyptian pop, poetic expression, and the language and discipline of classical Egyptian music. The EP includes lyrics taken from her father's poetry books in Egyptian Arabic, as well as texts written by her mother, both featured in the album.
