hajimepop

hajimepop is a Tokyo-based singer-songwriter who makes colorful pop music and is also the singer of 'PUGTONES' and 'Glockenz'. He has been heavily influenced by Paul McCartney, Brian Wilson, Stevie Wonder, Madonna, Prince, Jellyfish, The Sonic Executive Sessions and many more.

hajimepop's first CD Album "Good-melody Records" was released in May 2018. His recent work revolves around several collaborations. He released five singles with female singer 'Mar.' as a featuring artist and legendary Japanese synthesizer programmer/engineer 'Tatsuhiko Mori' (hammer label) as a producer.

hajimepop has also produced dance music with techno artist 'Idiot Pop' (Kosuke Fuchigami) for female artists, idol groups and sound tracks.

Recently, hajimepop and Idiot Pop have been producing music for Bandai Namco Entertainment's project "Denonbu" in the Ikebukuro Area.
