Hal Bradley is a singer-songwriter from New Orleans, LA. With original material fueled by raw emotion, Bradley’s songs are often accompanied by themes of missed opportunities, new beginnings, loss, grief, and life’s ups and downs with tones and backdrops that can be somber but surprisingly uplifting at times as well. The brainchild and pseudonym of Bradley Halprin, the music and artwork of Hal Bradley is usually a culmination of incredible stress during intense periods of growth. Originally writing experimental instrumental music under the name Dr. Halprinstein, when Halprin’s songwriting began to mature he adopted the moniker of Hal Bradley as a way to “grow up” as a songwriter and follow in the footsteps of the many great musicians that have influenced him such as Billy Joel, Paul McCartney, Elton John, Peter Gabriel, Paul Williams, and many other well respected solo artists.
