Half Blood

The band is created in late 2014 when Manuel Castillo (vocals), ex-Dissors, and Pablo Abatte (drums), Nueve Círculos, began the search for a new live and on-studio professional sound. Time after Javier Contreras (guitars), ex-Dissors, joined the Project and together they started composing HALF BLOOD’s first songs.

In the process of finding HALF BLOOD’s sound, Sebastián Aguilera (guitars), ex-Wormhole Project, y Francisco Arévalo electric bass professor from Instituto ProJazz and session musician, joined the band. After writing 15 songs and with the intention of recording they got in touch with the producer Logan Mader, ex-Machine Head, producer of Gojira, Cavalera Conspiracy, Fear Factory, etc. who showed interest on the project and took the role.

In September 2016 the debut album is recorded at Logan Mader studio, due to personal differences, Javier Contreras stepped aside, giving way to Ismael Gutiérrez (guitar), ex-Sumission y Kitsune Metaru.

The homonymous album "Half Blood" will be release in mid 2017 and will be available in physical and digital format through Itunes, Spotify, Amazon​.
