Hali Toks (born Hali Dolapo Toks-osingbule; December 20, 1990) is a nigerian afrobeat singer and songwriter. His material contains elements of both traditional and contemporary afrobeat music. Hali Toks began performing professionally in his teens, As a church chorister. He as always been a music freak (still is), his enthusiasm for music is undeniable, and he as always thought of doing his own kind of music… Hali Toks grew up listening to Baba Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Fassie Brenda Nokuzola, Wasiu Ayinde (K1 D'Ultimate), King Sunny Ade, Sir. Victor Uwaifo, Sir. Shina Peters, Angelique Kidjo, Shabba Ranks, and a lot of musical icon you can think of... Hali Toks first studio recording was in 2011, featured in a song, and recorded his own first studio song in 2013, which is the original version of his song titled LOVER BOY. After several attermt to secure a record deal, and didn't get any, he started he's own music company (Pink Music Worldwide), In 2020 the company was registered. In 2021 a project was released under the imprint of Pink Music Worldwide (PMW) With featured Hali Toks. In the early month of 2022 Hali Toks released a song (Aye Kan) then in the same year PMW released another project which was an Ep (GUIDE) and featured Hali Toks.
