Hallowed Smoke

Hallowed Smoke is an inspiring new project created by talented singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist & sound engineer, JP Goldman to make uplifting music that exposes the soul and strives for bliss.

As a youngster in Naples, FL, the sounds of artists like James Taylor & Jackson Browne graced the walls of his family's home opening his ear to meaningful songwriting. He began to develop his own taste in music after playing Guitar Hero after school and incessantly listening to the local classic rock station on the shower FM radio he got for his 13th birthday. Since then he has developed a wide, almost unconditional love for many styles of music though he often arrives back to Pearl Jam, Rush, and The National.

JP later relocated to Boston, where he studied Performance & Production at Berklee College of Music which helped develop him into a pioneering producer with an immense understanding of the creative & technical aspects of music.

Hallowed Smoke&#39;s debut single, “Blind Faith” strikes a chord radiating serenity and stands as a symbolism of authenticity for what is yet to come. JP worked with producer extraordinaire <a href="spotify:artist:18kYD2Ao3kj1oGb0Ao2Aay" data-name="Nirvan Athreya">Nirvan Athreya</a> and legendary mixer <a href="spotify:artist:2YUPBZYVy2KFNGeNILURg6" data-name="Michael H. Brauer">Michael H. Brauer</a> to create a heavy, lavish bed of sound for the song to ride on. The lyrics penetrate a message of trusting in something bigger to pick you up when you fall down. Hallowed Smoke is a project that comes from the heart, whose sincerity flows meaningfully through the lyrics, melodies, and textures.
