H.A.M.M.A

H.A.M.M.A is a rock band born out of childhood friendship and a shared dream. Starting in elementary school, Henri Hildebrandt, Aron Richter, Alex Kockmann, and Mathis Labrenz came together with instruments, energy, and ambition. After reshuffling roles — Mathis on vocals, Henri on bass, Aron on drums — and with the addition of drummer Marlon Kentsch in 2018, the lineup was complete.

They began by covering classics from Ben E. King, The White Stripes, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Die Ärzte, and Die Toten Hosen. But it didn’t stop there. From school gigs to festivals like Kaarst Total and Zakk Düsseldorf, their sound and bond grew stronger. In 2021, H.A.M.M.A found a home in a remote industrial rehearsal space, where their own songs started to take shape.

Their first original, “Fueled by Energy,” was written the night before a show. It was a turning point. “Lovers Game” and “Awake” followed, and the band made their Spotify debut.

Now, H.A.M.M.A blends alternative rock, grunge, and punk influences — always driven by friendship, passion, and raw emotion.
