Hailing from Edmonton, AB, and bringing an array of influence, from Alice in Chains to Black Flag and even Black Sabbath into their music, Hangxiety delivers a hard-hitting experience with each showing. Whether it be the heavy drums, sick guitar solos, or slamming bass lines, they bring years of musical intuition and creativity into each song.
Brought together in 2021, brothers and frontmen Mason Page (guitarist and vocals) and Jarrett Page (bassist and vocals), joined by Logan Lowerison (drums), Hangxiety started by doing covers. Wanting to carve their own path with their own style, they began creating original material that became popular with their following. With each member bringing their own set of influences to the table, Hangxiety made songs ranging from heavy and chugging to fast and in your face. This, in turn, built up to taking five of the best ones into the studio and recording their debut EP. To this day, they continue to come up with new and fun ways to keep the music coming.
