Born in England, beginnings in Thailand, &amp; now having lived in small-town America (Mississippi) for most of her life, Hannah Buckner has seen the power of song across the globe—and lives and writes to tell of the kindness of Jesus. 

Hi—I’m Hannah. :) a worshipper first &amp; foremost. Whether it’s a song about the intricacies of life, or a love song to the Lord, the music I make exists to give honor &amp; glory to Jesus. Much of it tells a fallen world how to lock eyes with the one who pursues all hearts, &amp; live redeemed &amp; activated lives through the love of God.


I fell in love with music at a young age. Throughout the years, little songs heard only by friends &amp; family have found their way in front of others.

In high school I created with <a href="spotify:artist:1BkjfPGXIIYWYlOlE1GBzG" data-name="The Lost and Founds">The Lost and Founds</a>. We released our first project of original songs in 2015—<a href="spotify:album:5NNPORE0LT5LzmLqi01tV1" data-name="Something More">Something More</a>. Sometimes I cringe at the words high school Hannah strung together; other times I’m proud. Either way, you should check it out. :)

I’m now an artist with <a href="spotify:artist:4C54wHx4tHw5isl9Mn9TGl" data-name="New Horizons Worship">New Horizons Worship</a>, a collective of creatives. We released <a href="spotify:album:4yOtvFTXQ31OyPBkAUVuk3" data-name="Let Praises Rise">Let Praises Rise</a> in 2018. We released <a href="spotify:album:3wf7sbQaofNydI6qYjCkJs" data-name="A Love Like This">A Love Like This</a> and more in 2020! 

I continue to write, lead worship, and participate in a local prayer &#43; worship movement in Starkville, MS. What an adventure!


I got married in October of 2021 and now go by the name Hannah Buckner Shoop. So you can find my new artist page &#43; releases there!
