Singer, songwriter and guitarist, self taught Hans Nayna hails from the small, english/french and creole speaking island of Mauritius. Atypical and powerful, his voice carries a natural sense of simplicity and confidence. Sometimes fragile but always passionate, Hans crafts a textured, lyrical brand of melodies Pop-Rock topped by expressive smoky vocals. A distinctive and authentic music which urges you to explore.

Hans has been experimenting since 2013 with a debut EP State of My High. In 2015, he releases his widely acclaimed single, Mo lam (My soul) which brought him to be on top of local radio charts. In 2016, Hans releases Music for the soul, his first LP, which gained international attention with his title track featured in a German series. A soulful experience of pop-rock and folk. In 2017, he came up with his 2nd LP, Time Flies mostly Blues-Rock-Pop.

Revolution and Unbreakable man, two pop-rock single [released 2019 and 2020 respectively] marks the turn in Hans’ career in refining and defining himself. From regional festivals, local gigs to music markets-festivals in South Korea, Hans is an accessible and incredible live performer. The opening act for Ben Harper in Mauritius remains as one of his best solo experience. Recently relocated in Estonia, Hans is working with an Italian (Mauritius Based) Producer Ribongia on a new set of Pop/Rock/Folk sprinkled with delicately engineered electronic music which could attract fans of <a href="spotify:artist:5KNNVgR6LBIABRIomyCwKJ" data-name="Dermot Kennedy">Dermot Kennedy</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0AepkoQhYvkjEzzwIcGxdV" data-name="Jacob Banks">Jacob Banks</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:7jdFEYD2LTYjfwxOdlVjmc" data-name="KALEO">KALEO</a>.
