Harold Malcolm

From the Canadian West Coast, Harold Malcolm has been steadfast in the pursuit of bringing his musical thoughts to fruition. Along his musical journey he has been given the opportunity to compose and perform music in a variety of situations. Regardless of the situation his purpose remains the same, to create music that elicits an emotional response from the listener.

Since his early days playing punk bands in the late 90s, he has been consistently writing, recording, performing, touring and collaborating with a myriad of musical projects. In 2015, he shifted his focus from performing to composing and producing solo material from his home studio. In the time since he has released six LPs and over the course of 2020 is slated to release an EP for each month.

In addition to his solo records he has embarked on various mirco composition projects for Instagram. The latest being "Only 12 Days Till Christmas", a children’s Christmas book released in December 2019. The book was a collaboration with illustrator Jeff Martin featuring a story and music written by Malcolm.
