Harshterg is a Nigerian hip-hop artist whose music is a unique blend of hip-hop and Nigerian culture. Born and raised in Nigeria, Harshterg has been inspired by the sounds of his homeland and the streets of PH which he uses as a backdrop for his thought-provoking lyrics and melodic flows.
His sound is influenced by the likes of Juice WRLD , REMA , and Ski mask the Slump god , He incorporates elements of Afrobeats, R&B, and alternative hip-hop into his music.
Harshterg's music is raw and relatable, with a sound that is both contemporary and timeless.
In 2019, he released his first single, "Death Before Dishonor", which quickly gained traction on social media and the local radio stations. This was followed by a string of singles that continued to build his fanbase and establish his unique sound. In 2020 , he released his first EP, "Don’t Puke", which received critical acclaim and he also dropped his first album “Nirvana” which has 17 songs in 2024 which had his current bangers “Sleep Paralysis” , “If You Like” & “Selena”
