hatezuki

Hatezuki is a self-taught, independent producer and vocalist. Starting off in audacity (a free DAW) on a Chromebook with a standard Blue-Yeti gaming microphone, Hatezuki started learning the basics of Hyperpop until he received his first windows laptop as a birthday gift. Almost instantly he went to download FL Studio to learn what the more professional DAW had to offer. He initially took immediate inspiration from artists associated in the Hyperpop genre such as; <a href="spotify:artist:2QpNu8tDPv9n7oY34J1TtN" data-name="quinn">quinn</a> <a href="spotify:artist:3x2XRFCUMHeXZ9uRit3pKu" data-name="oaf1">oaf1</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:08ZqXO40nMrhBoGma4kls2" data-name="SyKo">SyKo</a>, &amp; <a href="spotify:artist:4qUoZ6ErhTYFhAI0W1iI9q" data-name="Ezekiel">Ezekiel</a> in late 2020, and years before Hyperpop became an official genre worldwide, he took inspiration from artists in the EDM genre such as; <a href="spotify:artist:64KEffDW9EtZ1y2vBYgq8T" data-name="Marshmello">Marshmello</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2qxJFvFYMEDqd7ui6kSAcq" data-name="Zedd">Zedd</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:45eNHdiiabvmbp4erw26rg" data-name="ILLENIUM">ILLENIUM</a>, &amp; <a href="spotify:artist:07QEuhtrNmmZ0zEcqE9SF6" data-name="Owl City">Owl City</a>.
Hatezukis&#39; first release on Spotify &#34;LIFE&#39;S DRAINING&#34; was a traditional Hyperpop song written with an artist by the name of &#34;ELEMENT3K&#34; and produced by &#34;Arey&#34;. This song touched base on a lot of issues that arose during the height of covid; and being a teenager during this time especially.
&#34;Everyone had the same toxic mindset and shared their hate with everyone around them like a virus. It just made me feel so insignificant because I tried so hard to fit in and mold myself to the point that I had lost the idea of who I was growing up to be&#34; -Hatezuki

Hatezuki proceeded to push music out with popular songs like Before I Fall, Hollow, and Sticks; They are also planning/working on releasing new projects over the course of 2023/2024!
