Hattie Oates is a 21-year-old singer-songwriter rapidly gaining recognition in the music industry with her empowered and mature sound. After a successful Australian tour, Hattie is now expanding her international presence by making the move to London.
Hattie’s single GOODBYE achieved significant success, securing 1st place in the Adult Contemporary category of the International Songwriting Competition and the Adult Album Alternative category of the Unsigned Only Competition.
Hattie has been championed on TikTok and featured in Jodie Bryant's tastemaker playlist (BBC Radio 1, BBC Introducing presenter, and creator of 'Discover Live'). Most recently, she performed at Jodie’s New Music Mondays in London and at Honor Morrison’s (BBC Introducing, Radio 1, tastemaker) Good Vibes Only show, and kicked off her festival season with her debut festival performance at Sound City Liverpool. Achieving this all as an independent artist since she moved.
