Haushinka

Haushinka began as Dave, Tom and Becca in 2017 following guitarist Dave's move from Bristol where he had played in epic-fantasy themed prog band Doctor Nut. Alongside Tom and Becca's years of experience on the Cumbrian music scene, the idea was a back-to-basics, catchy rock and roll, high energy band.

Haushinka began gigging frequently in the local area, and were soon after branching out to the North East and Bristol, helped out by plays on Tom Salmon's BBC Introducing show.

After Becca left in 2019, a few line up changes and experimentation with new songwriting styles happened, bringing us to the fixed roll-call of Dave, Tom and Dom.

Influences include Blink, Green Day, Cardiacs, Talking Heads, Hüsker Dü and Paws.
