HAVA is an Artist from Norway who describes her music as dream pop with an intellectual, modern twist. Now, her latest release, "Fearless", is the beginning of a new era in her music career, with more energy, power and colours.
HAVA is inspired by Sia, Imogen Heap, Susanne Sundfør, Laleh, Florence + The Machine and Highasakite. She has composed music since she was a little girl, and has later toured primarily in Japan and Norway.
The Norwegian dreamer from Nordhordland always had a dream of Japan, and it was here it all started. Her song "Take Me To Tokyo” was quickly noticed by Tomoyuki Ohsawa, which soon became her local manager. She went on to debute in Japan in 2010 with her first album "Me and My Piano” and worldwide release in 2011. HAVA has toured in Japan, Europe and Norway, and in 2014 she chose to pursue her dream of making a career with music.
Her music is greatly inspired from her thoughts on life and experiences, where she believes that expression of art forms in dance, film, costume designs and sound contributes to strengthen the musical experience to the audience. She has worked with producers Kato Ådland, Kjetil Fluge, Erlend Fauske, HP Gundersen, , Jens Kristian M. Rimau and recently Daniel Hauge in Lydetaten Studio.
In the fall of 2018 she released her second album "Elysium", an album which embraces hope, the acceptance and understanding of our inner search for happiness.
