Hayden Bonnick, also known as ‘hbxnnick’ is a young music producer born in the late 2000s, with a passion of experimenting with the creative side of music, and using its advantages for the mental health. He believes that music is a way to express your emotions and feelings without having to say them directly.

He says, “When listening to music, I love listening for the lyrics and rhythm. But what I really take into account, is how it sounds, how it makes you move physically or emotionally.” “You can make instrumental music and it still sound full and enjoyable.”

He struggles massively with anxiety, which is a major part of his music. All the music he releases, is like him releasing all his thoughts and energy to others without causing harm.

Music has forever been his passion, except he didn’t realise it could become such a powerful force, and become his main source of stress relief and happiness.
