heare [El Larson] is a certified sound practitioner and recording artist who uses sound synthesis, singing bowls, and other instruments to help offer people a deeper experience of sound, space and self. Time as a sound-obsessed yoga hermit equals that involved in underground electronica, where DJing introduced her to manipulating an environment with sound. Years of practicing and giving yoga adjustments in a Mysore Ashtanga room deepened her connection with the frequencies inside the body.
In addition to sound and yoga, El has formally studied meditation, pranayama, yogic, Buddhist and Western philosophy, holds an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor certificate, multiple Reiki attunements and is a current student and practitioner of meditation, Shaolin and Shamanism.
