Heart A Tact is a melodic punk rock band hailing from Zwickau. The band was founded in 2016 by Franz, Tobi, Annalena, Marcel, and Uwe. Their music is characterized by catchy hooks and critical yet positive lyrics.
The band’s self-titled EP was released in the same year they were founded. In 2018, they followed up with the EP Connect the Disconnected, including a lyric video for the song At First Sight. While the pandemic kept the world in suspense, the band recorded two new songs, Nerve and Recycle, accompanied by a music video for Nerve. After these releases, Annalena left the band and was replaced by Sabrina.
In 2023, Heart A Tact released the singles Fix The Frame, Dig Over, and Outcast, each accompanied by an official music video. Continuing to evolve their sound while staying true to their melodic punk rock roots, the band is currently working on a brand-new six-song EP scheduled for release in 2026.
