Heather Nanteza is a Ugandan singer, songwriter and philanthropist based in Denmark. She has a degree in Mass communication and has worked as a Radio presenter and a news anchor.
She began singing at a tender age but decided to go into professional music in 2018 when she started working on her album ‘Selflove’. The album has positive and motivating songs including Beauty Meter, Let me know and Tukumbe among others. The songs have done rounds on both local and international airwaves. She sings both in Luganda and English.
Heather has performed within and outside Denmark and has shared stages with Morgan Heritage, Awilo Longomba and Sauti soul. She has performed on festivals like Panafest the Wakawaka festival, Aabenraa kulturfest among others. She draws inspirations from Toni Braxton and Miriam Makeba.
