Stoke-based Heidi grew up with a love for poetry—not to be confused with what Stoke is most famous for, pottery.
She grew up surrounded by music as the daughter of a piano teacher, and with an early love of language, it was only a matter of time before she found her voice as a songwriter.
At school she stood apart—while classmates were blasting Pitbull’s “Timber,” she was quietly swooning over Shakespeare, proving that being “the odd kid” has its perks.
“I was the weird girl who devoured Shakespeare, even when it made no sense to me. I didn’t care—something about it was just undeniably beautiful.”
Her passion for performance led her to join the National Youth Theatre at a young age, later achieving degrees in both Creative Writing and Acting. This blend of craftsmanship and creativity fueling every part of her work, both in Music and on screen . Her breakout role in the psychological thriller Dirty Boy has already scored four Raindance Award nominations and will be available to stream in 2026.
As a musician, her debut release Maybe You’re the Problem received multiple plays and two interviews on BBC INTRODUCING, signaling the emergence of a distinctive new voice.
And when she’s not acting or writing music, Heidi can be found on the runway, walking for various fashion designers—because whilst juggling a multiple of creative worlds you may as well try to look fabulous while doing it.
